Returns Policy

Please send info@ridersmvmnt.com.au an email with your details & order number.

All returns MUST be processed within 30 days of receiving your order.

The returned products need to be in new condition. Must not show signs of wear & do not wash. If possible include the packing slip & write down what size you would like if it’s an exchange.

All LAST items or SALE products that will not be restocked are not eligible for returns or exchange.

If ordering any of our range & your size is out of stock please wait until that product is restocked.

If the return of a product is due to an error or issue on our behalf, an exchange or refund will be considered & all shipping costs will be credited to the buyer once we have received the returned product.
